On the day trip to Windsor you will enjoy a lovely train ride through the countryside and a tour of the castle. (Be sure to check the flags to see if the Queen is home while you are there).  After you see the castle and grounds, be sure to take time to stroll around the town of Windsor and across the bridge to the area around Eton College.  Take a leisurely boat ride on the Thames and perhaps the boys from Eton will be out rowing as they were on the day we were there.  Stop in to one of the friendly pubs in town for a pint and some fish and chips and then relax and enjoy the train ride back "home" to the city.
